Digmaster
Digmaster revolutionises excavation work with a real-time information system that enables operators to dig complex profiles quickly and accurately. Not only does the system monitor excavator bucket position, it will also reference the machine from a laser level or from GPS data to achieve precise depths, grades and profiles. The monitoring system is highly versatile, allowing the operator to pan and zoom, in order to follow the excavator bucket in detail or view the overall position of the machine. On-screen data provides information on radius, height and slew position, along with distance to a specified depth or position.
Digmaster Pro
Digmaster Pro has been designed to enhance the productivity of plant used in applications such as road construction, groundwork and dredging. When the system is in use, the operator is presented with a real-time representation of the plant on which it is installed, in a range of selectable profile and 3D formats. The position of the machine’s equipment is constantly monitored, allowing the operator to produce profiles, grades and depths accurately to known references. Additional flexibility comes from the systems ability to operate with a variety of third-party positioning systems, including RTK GPS, site laser and radio tide gauges.
PcX-3D
PcX-3D combines all the key elements required to meet the demands of a variety of machine control applications. Precision sensors are combined with a number of accurate positioning options to produce a solution that is capable of monitoring to centimetre accuracy. Digital terrain maps (DTM) can be uploaded directly into pcX-3D, which for land based applications negates the need for lengthy and costly setting out. In sub-sea excavations the benefits are obvious, as any guesswork is removed. Once the DTM has been loaded, the information is displayed to the machine operator in either wire frame or fully rendered topography. All the plant activity versus the plan is recorded by pcX-3D, so project progress can be fully monitored.
Weighloader
Weighloader systems weigh and totalise the contents of a wheeled loader bucket. They are primarily directed at the quarrying and extraction industries, where accurate vehicle loading and keeping a record of quarry production are of prime importance for efficient operation. Weighing can take place with the bucket and loader on the move, and this dynamic weighing feature is attractive to major users of wheeled loaders throughout the high volume material extraction sector. The ability to tare off and totalise multiple products meets the highly competitive standards of this area of the quarrying industry.
Weighloader ADT
Weighloader ADT offers all the benefits of accurate on-board real time dynamic weighing. The system ensures that the ADT is operated optimally within the manufacturers specifications at all times. It the ADT is not loaded to capacity then it is not working efficiently, but if under loading is costly, overloading can be even more so. With an optional external warning beacon, Weighloader ADT can reduce the risk of accidental overloading incidents, minimising the risk of plant damage. The multiple site, multiple material and data download features ensure that whatever the ADT is doing, its performance can be recorded and the movement of valuable material managed and monitored accurately.
